1. Digital products

All items sold on AJANNAT INFOTECH are digital goods (software, scripts, templates and source code) delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped. Your download becomes available as soon as your payment is confirmed.

2. Licence

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own or your client's project. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the source files as your own product.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in the store's configured currency and must be paid in full before download. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; by paying you also agree to their respective terms.

4. Support & updates

Support and update eligibility, if any, are described on the individual product page. We aim to keep products working, but we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes, incompatible environments or modifications you make.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the store or other users' accounts.

6. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJANNAT INFOTECH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
