Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we treat refunds a little differently from physical goods. Please read this policy before you buy.
Digital goods
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it generally cannot be "returned", so all sales are considered final unless one of the exceptions below applies.
When you're eligible for a refund
We will happily issue a refund if: the product is materially different from its description; the files are corrupt or incomplete and we are unable to provide a working replacement; or you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
When a refund won't apply
Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after downloading, because the product does not suit a purpose it was never described as serving, or because of problems caused by your own hosting environment or modifications.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem at [email protected]. We'll review your request and, where a fix is possible, try to resolve the issue first. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
